The synopsis of this book is in the description and there is no shortage of reviews posted by people who have copy and pasted that synopsis here, and tell you how many pages it is or how large the print is, ect... which is great, but doesn't help you determine if YOU will LIKE the book. Because that's what you are reading these reviews for, right? So who can tell you that?Well, no one, really... but I CAN tell you this:I got this book for my dad. He really enjoyed it and says it was interesting, well written, original content. He LOVES a gripping TRUE story and he didn't feel like this was something he had read a million times already with a different cover slapped on it.That's really saying something, since he has read ever book at our local library!!He used to go to the library multiple times a week but since moving to my town 12 years ago, he has literally read every book there in his genres of interest, so he doesn't bother going anymore. He will sometimes hit up the thrift shops for books but he isn't technologically savvy so I am pretty much his 'dealer' when it comes to getting his 'book fix' now... I pick up ANYTHING I see that he might find interesting.My dad is a Navy veteran who served in Vietnam. He loves to read, and will devour ANYTHING and EVERYTHING he can get his hands on if it's an interesting TRUE story. He also loves to read books about the military, history, conspiracy theories, or, ummm... aliens. What can I say? Dad is open minded… LOL.If this describes you or the person you are shopping for, then I would say give this book a shot!
